Questions

How long is the pilot price locked in?

Your pilot rate is locked in for 6 months from your start date. After that, your subscription transitions to the standard rate for your tier.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. You can change your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.

What happens after the 10 pilot spots fill?

Once all 10 slots are claimed, prices move to the regular rate. New signups will not get the pilot discount.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees. All plans are self-serve and plug-and-play. Paid onboarding and custom integration work is available for Enterprise customers as a separate consulting engagement.

What is the machine monitoring fair use policy?

Machine monitoring on Enterprise is subject to fair use. Default polling intervals are 30 seconds minimum. Shops with unusually high data volumes may be contacted to discuss usage.

What integrations are included?

All plans include Google Calendar, Google Sheets, email notifications, and CSV import/export.
